Terms and Conditions

We want you to enjoy your holiday in Peru to the maximum, so read and follow the instructions of your sales agent.

We are considered as one of the leading travel agencies in Cusco, we are part of the RAP Travel group.

Please read the following conditions carefully as it is your contract with our agency. By booking a trip with us, you accept and will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which describe, among other things, our cancellation policy and certain disclaimers at the time of booking.

The date given by us will be valid once the reservation is confirmed, from which you can ask us all your questions regarding your holidays, we are happy to answer all of them. Budgets do not apply to international flights to and from Peru. If you want us to help you with international flights or flights within Peru, the flight must be paid immediately and purchased on the same day if possible or the next day to ensure that the offer is valid, as prices vary from one day to the next.

Our prices do not include meals not specified in your itinerary, personal expenses, personal insurance, and transportation of your luggage.

1. The Contract

The contract is between us and the client. The client is subject to have read and understood our travel policy as outlined below. When making a reservation by phone, or through the website or by email or fax, you accept the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer relating to the subject matter and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, collateral agreement, prior agreement, description of services, or conditions or any promise of refund that is not expressed here. The service to be provided is /are the tour (s) that you can refer to in the booking confirmation.

These conditions only apply to services in our program and not to international and domestic flights. These are subject to the conditions imposed by the airlines.

2. Ensure your Booking

To secure the booking, we require a completed booking form (either on our website or sent by us with your dates) together with payment of the required deposit. We recommend you to make a reservation at least 30 days before your trip to Peru. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date on which we receive your deposit and after that there is a contract between us.

3. Customer Data

To confirm and guarantee the Clients travel arrangements the Client must provide all identity data with his down payment no later than 30 days prior to departure. Customer details include passport number, copy of passport, details and medical form (where applicable), full name, date of birth, information on international flights and nationality, mobile phone in case of emergency.

4. Final Payment / Late Fees

For the company to confirm and guarantee the clients the organization of their trip, they must provide all client details with their final payment at the start of the tour.

Late fees: To avoid late fees make your reservation in advance, do not change hotel at the last minute.

5. If your change your booking

An administration fee of $ 50 US per person will be charged if a confirmed booking is changed, if you change your departure date or if you want to change your tour until 30 days before your trip. Thereafter all changes will be treated as cancellations and subject to charges as follows.

If a client is unable to travel, and mentions it to us about 20 days in advance, in circumstances that we deem reasonable, then the booking may be transferred to another suitable person, or we will refund your money minus 20% since 10 % leave in transfer payments and the other 10% are administrative expenses, your money will be returned in less than 15 days.

6. Changes

The company reserves the right to change any of the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure or website. If this change is made, the customer will be informed at the time of booking or when the change occurs. Although the Company will endeavor to operate all tours as advertised, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where we deem necessary or advisable due to external factors that are not due to the company activity.

7. Cancellation by the company

We reserve the right to cancel any trip before the execution is guaranteed, but will not cancel the trip less than 30 days before departure. Your trip is guaranteed unless the minimum number of passengers doesn’t qualify or otherwise directed by factors beyond our control. This applies to the trips within the range of validity booklet.

Note: airlines may impose 100% cancellation fee

8. Complaints

If the customer has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements, it is a condition of the contract that you tell our local representative at the time. If you do not complain at this moment and do it later, you will deny us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem and doing so, we cannot accept any responsibility. If the customer has an argument with us and that we cannot resolve right away, please write us within 28 days after your return and we will continue investigating.

9. Travel and cancellation insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all customers. We recommend that it must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, cancellation and reduction. It is our policy to check the validity and cover of your insurance policy, we reserve the right to refuse the trip to anyone whose insurance does not satisfy these criteria. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver which will testify your acceptance that insurance was recommended but that you refused and in case of need to change or cancel your trip or if there occur expenses such as medical expenses, the customer will be responsible for all additional costs.

10. Medical form

For insurance purposes all clients are required to complete our form, which must be signed and dated by a medic (if any pre-existing conditions) and sent to us no later than 15 days before the start of your trip.

11. Financial security

We are an travel agency accredited by the Tourism Ministry and registered as a limited company under the Ministries of the tourism office of Peru. We comply with the European rules on the protection of the clients’ money.

12. Customer responsibility

The customer agrees to accept the authority and decisions of our employees, tour leaders and agents during their holidays. If in the opinion of these persons the health or conduct of a client at any time before or after departure appears to impair the progress of safety, comfort and tranquility of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour.

Clients must be in possession of their identity papers, and are responsible for the possession of a valid passport, visa and required vaccination certificates for their tour. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your return date.

13. Our responsibilities

Bookings are accepted on the base that they are aware of the possible risks inherent in adventure travel and visits, excursions or expeditions, figuring in our programs. It is also important to understand that the most meticulously planned arrangement can go wrong.

The company undertakes to provide its services with due care for the whole trip to run smoothly, we will make an effort to serve you best.

The Company assumes no responsibility for force majeure, climatic phenomena or natural events that may occur before or during the trip, or for any eventuality that may make any trip uncomfortable or difficult, or for any delay which may obstruct your journey in any way and does not guarantee the failure by the company, either for total or partial execution of the provision of services that the Company is committed to provide and that may have been affected by the above factors.

14. Flights / Delays

We cannot take responsibility for cancellations or delays in any of your flights, whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling of the airline, airport authority and / or action by air traffic controllers, mechanical breakdown or industrial action.

Our company will strive to solve your travel itinerary and also will strive to resolve any inconvenience you may have and try that nothing will be affected by flight delays.

Anyway, the customer must understand and be flexible if problems caused by flight delays cannot be solved.

15. Child policy

In all programs, unless otherwise indicated, the maximum age of a child is 11 years and 11 months. Over 12 years, they are considered as adults and will be subject to adult rates.

16. Last minute bookings

For all bookings made within 10 days of departure, there will be an additional fee of USD $ 50.00 as an administration fee. This fee covers our Last Minute additional costs for suppliers of Hotel, train ticket, Bus ticket and operating expenses.
