But that wasn’t all. The tour of Machu Picchu was also something that impressed us greatly. Accompanied by Manuel, an expert tour guide, we were able to learn all the secrets and details of the Inca citadel. We were impressed by the magnificence of the buildings and the care that the ancient Incas had for their natural environment. Walking on the paths and trails that the ancient inhabitants of the citadel traveled every day was a unique experience.
